Peonies are the queens of my garden, I await their blooms every spring as the mark the true begininng of the season of growth. Bountiful and fragrant, full and romantic. Painting this series felt like a love note to one of my favorite flowers. White, cream, rose pink and peach florals with touches of coral and sepia. Hunter green foliage on a light ultramarine and teal background.
